Where do you provide your services?
We currently provide preventative lock and door maintenance services across Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Lancashire and surrounding areas. Please contact us to check availability in your postcode.
What happens during an annual service?
We do a full check of your door locks, handles, and internal mechanisms. We clean away grit, lubricate moving parts, and make adjustments so everything opens and closes as it should, helping you avoid sudden failures.
Are parts and labour covered?
Our Standard and Plus plans include the service visit and lubrication. If you choose the 'Protect' plan, your membership covers the cost of all parts and labour for repairs. For other plans, members always get a discounted price on any extra work needed.
What if I need a repair between services?
If something goes wrong, just give us a call. As a member, you pay a much lower labour rate than our standard call-out charge, giving you cheaper repairs and priority when you need us most.
How long is the membership for?
We want to help you keep your home secure for the long term. Our plans are designed to be ongoing monthly memberships, but you can check your specific plan details for any initial period.
Which doors and windows can you service?
We look after most normal household external doors, including UPVC, composite, and timber. We also service UPVC windows. This covers everything from the multi-point locks and cylinders to handles and window hinges.
